Scheduling

1. Contact the coordinator from the opposition school and negotiate a date and time within the relevant period. Be sure to check that the options are available on the booking system
2. The host school is always affirmative (the team listed first) and is responsible for booking the debate using the booking system
3. Ensure that the opposing coordinator is added as a guest to ensure they also receive notifications
4. Topic Release
   • Primary debates will receive their topic 1 week before the scheduled time via the competition platform
   • Junior debates will receive their topic 24 hours before the scheduled time via the competition platform
   • Middle & Senior/Open debates will receive their topic 75 minutes before the scheduled time via the competition platform
5. There are two "Stadiums" for all debates - Stadium Green and Stadium Gold.
6. These links and the assigned stadium colour will be available via the competition platform
7. You will be allowed into the room by an ANVDC coordinator 65-70 minutes before your scheduled debate for Middle & Senior/Open debates and 5-10 minutes before for Primary & Junior debates.
8. The Stadiums are currently hosted on Zoom, but this is subject to change.
